In this lecture, I'll guide you step-by-step through various techniques, including: Curved Piecing: Achieve smooth, beautiful curves in your quilts. Foundation Paper Piecing: Enhance precision and accuracy in your designs. Reverse Appliqué: Add intricate and unique details with ease. Machine Blanket Stitching in Raw Edge Applique: For that whimsical look in much less time. Mastering Y-Seams: Learn a simple trick to conquer Y-seams. Glue Basting: Discover the benefits of glue basting for perfect results.

Pattern Discover how easy it is to create this stunning miniature quilt! Jen will guide you through a unique technique using a bit of freezer paper and Elmer's glue to achieve perfectly smooth, small curves. And the best part - the seam is hiding! There's no topstitching or hand stitching involved. Whether you highlight a fun 5” precut pack in the circles or use solid fabrics for a modern look, this class offers endless creative possibilities. As a bonus, we'll explore how contrast and block orientation can transform your quilt. Join us and be amazed at what you can create!

Workshop Hours

Doors open at 8:30am   

Full Day Workshops from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm unless otherwise specified 

Sew Kit Required for this Workshop 

This workshop includes a kit that includes 6 fat quarters.  The kit fee is $24 and can be purchased on the day of the workshop. 

Workshop Costs

Classes are $40 members and $50 for non-members.
