The Salt Creek Quilters Guild's 250 members, with varying talents, gather together monthly to learn, exchange ideas, and share their passion for quilting as a fiber art. SCQG's various committees encompass community service, education, and some just for fun. SCQG has a members' library with over 350 titles. SCQG hosts nationally known speakers who provide workshops that are open to the public.

Salt Creek Quiters Guild is organized to promote the art of quilt making and to provide educational opportunities to the community and members of the Guild.

Meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the second Thursday of the month September through April, at The Community House at 415 W. 8^th Ave. (corner of 8^th and Madison) in Hinsdale, IL.
